PDF Studio provides high-performance, in-memory PDF manipulation utilities (including Smart PDF Compressor, Splitter, and Merger). By accessing or utilizing these services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Personal & Commercial Use: You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all your source documents and compressed output files. You are granted complete freedom to use the resulting PDFs for any lawful personal, academic, or commercial purpose.

To preserve fair server access and maintain low latency for all users, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to perform high-frequency bulk requests without authorization.
• Upload malicious code, polyglot PDFs, decompression bombs, or corrupted streams intended to exploit system parsers.
• Attempt to bypass API rate limits, size restrictions (50MB maximum), or network security controls.
• Process content that violates applicable intellectual property or statutory privacy regulations.

PDF Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While our engine uses robust MuPDF stream optimization, users are advised to maintain local backups of all important original documents.

Under no circumstances shall the operators of PDF Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data corruption or processing errors.
